Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Responsibilities will include performing analysis of requirements and design to understand what testing activities are required to verify the requirements; produce estimates for the testing to be performed and Identifying test tools required to support the identified testing activities.
- You will manage and deliver the design and writing of test plans, creating and reviewing of test documentation, designing and writing of detailed test cases/scripts, creating of weekly progress metrics and the generation of requirements traceability evidence.
- Identifying staffing needs, interviewing and mentoring the members of the test team, manage and lead the day-to-day activities of the test team.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Experience of the full software lifecycle, especially the test lifecycle, large systems, using test tools, writing test cases/scripts, managing test teams sized 1–6 people, including producing plans and documentation and the ability to define and follow formal waterfall test processes based on V-model, produce accurate records and methodical approach to work are essential skills required for this role.
